How do i track my order ?

We will send you an email with tracking code once your order has shipped. You may track your parcel thru FedEx , Aramex or DHL official website. You can log into your Apricusfashion account and find all your order information.

Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It takes 7-10 business days after your payment been confirmed. Please take note that this does not include weekends and public holidays.

How do i change my order ?

We can help you modify your order includes

  • Changing the size or the color of an item
  • Removing an item
  • Changing your shipping address

As long as before shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do i cancel my order ?

For cancel unpaid order 

Please log into your Apricus Fashion account , go to “My Orders” and click on the “Cancel Order” button. Your order will be cancelled.

For cancel paid order 

Drop us an email with your order number , then we will cancel the order for you. Please take note that, we unable to cancel order that has shipped, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange “return for refund”.

Why didn't get an email about my order being shipped ?

We will send you an email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive email, you may have entered incorrect email or it could of went to your spam folder.

It takes 2-3 business days for us to process your order and shipped out. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 7 days of the date you placed your order then please shoot us an email.

How to choose my size ?

We provide size reference on each product page. Customers may compare the reference measurements with your own to find the best choice.

”One size” does not fit all sizes but it means there’s only one size for this product.

Will you restock items that have sold out ?

If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks.

However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.

What is the best way to choose my size ?

The most effective way to choose your size is to take your measurements and compare them with the size reference that we provide. This will help you pick what size is best for your body type.

Can i be refunded the difference for a discount item ?

We apologize for this inconvenience. However the price can be changed in different promotion plans, so we unable to issue a refund for the difference.

Apricus Fashion reserves the right to change the promotion at any time with our sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

What kinds of payment are accepted ?

We accept :

  • PayPal
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, etc.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service ?

We did not provide Cash on Delivery services at this moment, you may make your payment via PayPal, or online using global credit cards, debit cards, charge cards, e-banking, and e-wallets.

What currencies can i pay ?

We are only able to accept USD Dollars at the moment , but we will have our currency converter in future.

Why did my order payment fail ?

1. There may be a risk for transnational transaction. For your payment safety and success, please check with your bank for the detailed reason firstly; If there is no problem after you confirm, please reorder and send us the payment record.

2. If you have been charged, the payment will be returned back to your card in about 8-15 working days.

3. If it still doesn’t work, you can choose another method to finish the payment.

What should I do if I have paid my order twice ?

1. Check with your bank for the details.

2. If you have paid twice, please shoot us an email attach with transaction number so that we can check for you.

3. After our inquiry, we will give you a satisfying solution.

How to change my shipping address ?

You are unable to change the address if the payment successfully done, so do drop us an email with your order number, we can help to change the shipping address before shipment.

How long does it takes to receiver my order ?
  • We will process your order within 2-3 working days once your payment is completed and approved. Please take note that this does not include public holidays and weekends.
  • Estimated parcel will be takes 7-10 business days to reach your door step.
  • Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.
How can i track my order ?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking number. Use the tracking number to check the delivery status via the FedEx and Aramex. 

Or you can log into your Apricus Fashion account >>[My account] – [My Orders] (Shipped). After clicking “Order Tracking”, you will see the Tracking No. and shipping company contact information.

Why is the tracking number not working

When your parcel is in transit it will no further updates from the shipping company. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.

Does the product price include shipping cost ?

The product price does not include shipping cost. The online system will generate a shipping quote for your order.

What if I received a defective item?

You can send it back to us, please notify our customer support with email about returning defective item, otherwise the request will not be processed.

***Returns must made within 14 days from date of received.**

What should I do if my item is missing ?

It probably split shipment in your order. So just drop us an email with your order number, our customer service will make a rapid reply and provide solution.

How long does it take to receive my refund / replacement item ?
  • We will notify you by email once we received your returned item. Refund will be process after we had confirm that the item is defected.
  • Refund amount only covers item’s price as listed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are returning or exchanging clothing, please make sure they are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
How do I reset my password?

Select “Forgot Your Password?”
Enter your registered email address in the provided box.
A new password will be created via the link in your registered email.
If you cannot locate the email, be sure to check your spam folder.
Enter the new password to log into your account.

Why can't i log into my account ?

There could be several reasons why. Most of the time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly. If you signed in with Facebook the first time, you will need to click the “Sign in with Facebook” button to log in.
